The Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB) Program was launched in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in April 2012 under a Consolidated Grant (CON/CG) covering the period from April to September 2012. This initiative was established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by key stakeholders, including the National TB Control Program (NTP), the Provincial TB Control Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (PTP-KP), Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) Peshawar, and the Association for Community Development (ACD).
