Passive case screening at private clinics, Pharmacies and diagnostic centers.
Establishment of referral linkages with public sector diagnostics (Gene X-pert sites) or PPM Static Gene X-pert sites through Specimen transportation mechanism and treatment centers.

Free Diagnostic support (Gene X-pert, AFB Sputum Microscopy) and Chest X-ray only for Household Contacts of Index Case (Bacteriologically diagnosed TB patient).
Ensuring mandatory TB case notification form private providers
Treatment Support
Provision of free Anti TB drugs to private providers.
Supervision and monitoring of patient adherence to treatment regimens.
Monitoring, Supervision and Data Validation
Monthly visits by Regional Coordinators, and Program Manager.
Joint field monitoring with District TB Focal Persons or District TB Officers.
Validation of notified cases and outcomes through visits and Telephonic verification.
Incentive based support
Performance based incentive for private providers (PHCPs) for Presumptive referral, Diagnosing TB case, completing treatment of notified TB cases, initiating House hold contacts of Index cases (Bacteriologically diagnosed TB cases) on TB preventive treatment.
